		"Primality Tests Using Cubic and Biquadratic Reciprocity"
ABSTRACT:  In this talk we will present primality test for Gaussian
Mersenne Norms and Eisenstein Mersenne norms (a generalization of
Mersenne numbers), using the biquadratic and cubic reciprocity law
respectively, also using the cubic reciprocity law we will give a
primality test for numbers of the form $A^2.3^n+1$, $n$ odd.
