Question: What happens if
I can't make it to the exam on Tuesday night from 7:30 - 9:00 P.M.?
Answer: You will receive a 0 on any exam
that you miss. There will be 4 exams and a final given during the
semester. Your lowest exam score (not counting the final) will be
dropped from your total points.
Answer: You need to contact Disability
Services to get a
paper to give to your instructor. Be sure to give this paper to
your instructor at the beginning of the semester, and discuss the
situation with them. You will need to talk to your
instructor to make arrangements to take the test on Wednesday.
Your instructor or the course coordinator will give you directions on
where you will take your exam on Wednesday.
Question: If I finish the test early can I leave?
Answer: Yes, you can leave after you turn in
your test to your instructor.
Question: What if I forget my calculator or my
batteries die during the exam? Answer: If your instructor
has an extra one
you can borrow, then you can use it. Otherwise, you will have to
take the test without a calculator. You can NOT share a
calculator with your neighbor during the test. Many of the
calculators will give you a warning when the batteries are getting
low. If you get this warning you should change your batteries
before the test. If you get this warning in the middle of the
test you should have enough battery left to finish the test. page maintained by burnse @
